Congratulations to the Cooler for taking down the First Sister-in-Law, tBerns, Major Will Call, and ultimately his big brother Slim to capture the Fall Brawl IV Heads Up Championship title.

And congratulations to Marco the Machine for winning the Fall Brawl Bracket Challenge and $110. Though he picked Slim to go all the way, he still took it down with 49 total points. Interesting fact - not one person picked the Cooler to win!

On another note, the Powers That Be on 4th Street have decided to make some format changes to our tournament structure. As such, there won't be a game this Thursday. We'll send an announcement out with the game schedules as soon as we work out all the details. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Fall Brawl Heads Up Championship

The Castle - 5pm - Saturday, 12/8

Fall Brawl will be a bracketed heads up challenge. Ideally we'll have 32 players, but if we fall short of that (which it seems like we will) - then certain players will have a bye for the first round. Brackets will be set based on points. Blind levels are posted for each round.

If you are late you will be blinded out. And that can happen pretty quickly heads up.

Fall Brawl III

The First Home - Saturday Dec. 2nd Noon

The 3rd annual Fall Brawl Major will take place at the First Home on Saturday Dec. 2nd. Start time for this event is Noon sharp.

Fall Brawl was made infamous for it's headhunter bounty format. In the spirit of the Royal Rumble, everyone in the tournament had a bounty on their head that could be collected by those who took them out.

This year we're making some changes. Instead of a Headhunter bouties, we will be hosting a Heads-Up tournament. That means one-on-one brawls all day until we have our Champion.

We need to start making the tournament brackets so it is imperative that you RSVP as soon as possible. The bracket will be posted along with the tournament format as soon as I receive all RSVPs.

Fall Brawl II Recap

Falls were made for Brawls. Seasons were made for Majors. And the Slosser brothers were made for playing short stacks.

The 4SPT Majors are where players come out to shine and this year's Fall Brawl II was no different. We had Alison "The Sandwoman", Kevin "Seattle Slew", Chris "Eastwood", and King Richard all looking to become the first player to win a season title and major championship. There was Dino "The KCBP", and Charles "The Canadian Mint" looking to become the first ever two time major winners. Von Sandman and Richie Rich both sit atop the Tour all-time win list, but neither have secured a major title. So many storylines that all failed to follow through, as this year's Fall Brawl II had a final featuring two players battling for their first ever 4SPT win.

Congratulations to Oliver the Rabbit Eater for taking down the Fall Brawl II. Not only did he take out 9 players during the headhunter tournament, but more importantly he won the coveted Fall Brawl Championship belt. Next time you're in town, Oliver, we expect to see you wearing that with pride!

Fall Brawl Info

Saturday 11/19 - 6:00pm @ The Complex

Regististration will be open at 5:30pm. The buy-in for this event is $30.

The second annual Fall Brawl will once again be a Headhunter Tournament. Some of our old schoolers will remember the golden 4SPT chip that will be given out at registration. Put the gold chip in the pot every time you go All-In. If you stay alive, take it back. But if you bust out, the person who called you down collects the gold chip and receives a $5 bounty for every gold token they cash in at the end of the game. So even if you don't win, there's a strong possibility you won't go home empty handed!

At this point we are only guaranteeing a 4-table game. If we see the Waiting List really fill up, then we'll try and secure another apartment at the Complex to host a fifth table. If that happens, we'll definitely email the group so you can invite some more friends.

Remember - please RSVP for both games so we have an accurate count.

The 4^th Street Poker Tour held its first ever Major Championship to conclude the Fall Season. 24 players came out to take their shot at the coveted 4SPT Fall Brawl trophy and those valuable gold headhunter chips.
